Standard interview. I don't remember all the questions but they were pretty standard I am sure.The whole process took about two weeks. I went to three different interviews: two managers and the last one was the GM.

Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
