The A/R manager didn't seem too knowledgeable about accounts receivable. Didn't mention productivity. She was not very forthcoming with the information of the position I had applied for. I did most of the talking and discussed my experience. She didn't seem to have an interest in what I was saying. She did mention that "Things could get catty in the office" and "Would I be able to deal with that?" It wasn't until my second interview that I realized she was not the one making the decisions in that office.
