It is mostly about wanting to know about your people skills and conflict handling. So they’ll ask about your skills in that area and how you manage and prioritize tasks as well as if you have experience in healthcare before.

Very easy, basic / generic questions asked. Over the phone interview with 3 managers, didn’t feel so much like an interview more as a casual conversation between 3 managers and myself. The interview was a little longer then expected and hearing back after the application process and interview took a long time to hear bad also.
