Interview process was relatively easy. Had a quick 15-30 minute phone interview with the in-house recruiter to start. She unfortunately didn't seem to know much about the position, so when I was prompted for an in-person interview I decided to go to obtain additional information. The recruiter asked for me to fill out their employee application (including 4 references) prior to my interview. This was slightly inconvenient because I wasn't sure that I even wanted the position just yet.
I interviewed with 4 people total (in-person and via video call). The firm recently hired a new CMO who is making major changes to the marketing department. After the first round of interviews I was invited back for additional interviews, but unfortunately I did not believe the position to be a good fit on my end so I politely declined. I wish I had been given better information from the recruiter during the phone interview as I likely would have not gone in for the first round of interviews.
