Thorough and well balanced. There was a mock day in the life scenario that gives a peak into the role. Things moved very quickly. There didn’t seem to be any need to waste time. From start to finish was quick.

Very basic HR phone screening call, followed by call with management. Call was set for an hour... guy joins 15 min late, asks a few softball questions and then says he’s late for another meeting and I could ask 1 question. Bad vibes all around, felt like I was shuffled through process just so they could get a warm body in the seat. They mentioned meeting 200 clients, 4 times a year...15 meetings a week, with little to no planning assistance, no administration assistance and still being asked to hit goals that seemed pretty high. Chatted with friends and competitors like Financial Finesse, and knew this wasn’t a team I’d want to join. I declined to move forward in the process.
