Visited FM Global offices in Windsor for initial interview (as arranged by recruitment company). Met with HR team, had brief introduction, and was set a mathematics test. Recruiter provided me with test examples for practice two days prior, and said we weren't allowed calculators. However, HR provided me with one for the real test meaning it was an awful lot easier than I expected. Following this, there was also a ten to fifteen minute personality "test" completed via computer. Lots of multiple choice questions regarding personality, mannerisms, compatibility with roles, other people, outlook on life etc. Following notification that I had passed, I was informed I would be called back within a few days to a week for second interview and to meet the hiring manager - visiting from corporate offices in America. Offices were bright, airy, and had lots of space. People were friendly and welcoming (security / reception staff and HR).
