Entretien
The interview was conducted at FM Global's office in Toronto. I had met with one of the hiring managers at a career fair. I was interviewed by 3 hiring managers, one of which I had met at the career fair. The interview process with each hiring manager was almost one hour, I was also asked to write a one page essay as well as complete and online questionnaire. I was told there is another step in the interview which is a technical presentation which I never got to.

The questions were pretty straight forward, tell me about yourself, why did you chose your field of study, why do you think you're a good candidate for this position etc. Also one of the hiring managers asked a lot of behavioral questions like tell me about a time when you were called away for an emergency at work.
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Entretien
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Entretien
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
