Let me start by saying that I heard great things about this company. The hiring team were very nice and overall the interview experience was great. The downfall came after the interview. They will keep you waiting OVER A MONTH after your on site Interview without any updates. You would think that a HR department hiring for a HR position would be better at communication, but no. I would email and ask for an update and nothing. When someone would respond it was a generic response to keep you waiting. The worst part about the process is that they are hiring 4 people for the same position and one is already hired. Given that one person is already hired, you would think they would follow the same interview process and the company would know what they want in a candidate. WRONG! Why keep your applicants waiting ? If you want to move forward, do so! If not, simply say that. It is rude and unprofessional to keep potential candidates waiting.
