Phone interview and then an Assessment Day. 2 rounds in total. In a typical Assessment Day, there are 3 tests and 3 interviews. Tests: Maths test, IT aptitude test and Venn Diagram & Notation test. Interviews: with Account Manager, Business Trainer and Technical Trainer No technical knowledge was tested when I had my interview with the business trainer and account manager. But then I was requested to sell myself to the account manager when she interviewed me. Apparently technical questions came up with the technical trainer but the questions were alright for me because I have basic IT background. I would say English is more important than IT knowledge in this company.

After a standard CV application, phone and video interviews were conducted before finally receiving an invitation to an assessment centre/ day. Here, there were numerical tests, verbal reasoning and 3 short interviews (approximately 5 questions each).
