Entretien
3 strength based interviews. All happened within 45 minutes. There is a 3-5 minutes break between the interviews. 6 questions in each interview and the first question is warm up question and it is not assessed. One advice I would give DON'T BE NERVOUS.

What do you prefer? One task at a time or multitasking? If a client wants to bring up a deadline earlier what would you do? What would be your approach to finding the root cause of a problem? Do you prefer relevant information or wider context? If you were to suggest a client use a controversial technology how would you convince the client to use it?
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
