What a disappointing recruitment experience. I applied for the SCSM role and was initially invited to a recruiter screening call, which was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for the following week—without any consideration of my availability. Then today, just one hour before the rescheduled interview, it was cancelled again. No explanation. No apology. Just repeated cancellations. Coming from a consulting background, this level of disorganisation is concerning. A company’s recruitment process is often a reflection of its internal operations—and if things are this broken at the outset, it raises serious questions about what’s happening behind the scenes. I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying.
