Process took 2 weeks or so. I was called in to a location other than the one I was applying. The interviewer was not prepared for me, and was also running the place by themselves and answering calls.
After the interview I was told how good a fit I would be and he was looking forward to working with me. I got a denial email before I even made it back home.
If you're going to reject me, fine. Just don't lie to my face and get my hopes up.

It took about 2 weeks for a call, I was interviewed by a Manager. Then a about half and hour later the District Manager. The interview was relaxed and professional. The District Manager interview was done via Team Meet. Easy to down load and set up. I received an offer via e-mail within an hour.

What are you values? How do you feel about honesty and integrity.
Panel interview. Everyone was very friendly, easy to talk with. Great info about their culture. I felt listened to and was able to ask them questions also. Was offered a 2nd interview at the end.

Okay process had to talk to a person for an initial interview to talk to hiring manager. Questions where not that difficult overall sales and customer service driven. Did not accept job due to better paying options. Overall not sure about company with its pay.
