Typically there are two rounds of interview, one with the hiring manager the other with the divisional head. Interview touched on past work experiences and how the interviewee's skills can be applied to the company. Duration was about 2 hours with the hiring manager and 1 hour for the divisional head.
in the first interview, the process also includes a written test (1 hour) to let interviewee be customized to the type of work he will be doing - evaluating budding research projects for commercial use. And the test will be collected back by the hiring manager for evaluation on the candidate's suitability for the role.
