Submitted the application and waited around couple days for 1 round of interview and the Head of Talent Acquisition was super friendly and waited for around a week for the feedback
Very streamlined interview process, the team made sure I met with all individuals who were necessary and relevant to the role. They communicated between themselves really well with sharing feedback and ensuring that they did not all ask the exact same questions. Each stage felt like a different focus and they gave me a great insight into the firm and the role specifics and they came prepared with EXANTE company guides and really helped me to understand the expectations.

I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The discussions were professional, well-structured, and focused on meaningful, results-driven topics. The hiring managers asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and the overall environment was welcoming and engaging.
The recruitment process, from start to finish, was exceptionally well organised, efficient, and professional. I truly enjoyed the conversations with the team, and I am pleased to share that I have accepted the offer.
