I was asked how I would respond if a candidate experienced technical issues, violated exam rules, or became anxious during an assessment. The interviewer emphasized the importance of integrity, confidentiality, and maintaining a calm and professional attitude. Overall, the process was straightforward, but candidates should be prepared with examples that demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Easy phone call interview during pandemic. Explained role etc. Gave me available shifts in which they allowed me to choose my preference, followed by which other shift I could consider if they couldn’t get my preferred one. I did end up getting my preferred one though. After that they explained to me my day to day tasks, who I would be reporting to, and who I can reach out to before starting.
