Entretien
The interview process is quite lengthy and a bit much for the type of position. If your initial application is accepted you are asked to do an online assessment. If you move on from the initial assessment, you are asked to go to a third party website and conduct an online interview which consists of typed answers and recorded video responses to questions. Seems like this is screened by the 3rd party company and if you meet criteria it gets forwarded to EverSource for review. If you make it past this point, you will receive an invite for a in person interview which is a group speed interview. You and about 12 others are thrown in a conference room (nothing gets you more mentally prepared for an interview than being thrown in a small conference room with 11 other people none of whom are talking to sit in awkward silence for 20-25 min)and then someone comes and escorts you all to a room with 12 interviewers. You get 90 seconds with each person to answer a question. It’s extremely awkward. It doesn’t allow you to get a feel for the people/company you would be working with/for and more importantly, it doesn’t give them an opportunity to get to know who they are interviewing. Might explain what seems to be a very high turnover rate because they appear to have several openings multiple times a year. A position that has certain demands such as mandatory OT, matrixes, personal and individual goals, etc in a call center environment isn’t for everyone and the interview should be more personable and informative for both sides.

Hands down the stupidest interview. Someone in another review described it best: "Like virtual speed dating." So it was like a main room with everyone, then you get sent into the one on one for a single question. Each question was a different person. They give you like 45 seconds to answer, but waste 20 seconds introducing themselves. Then back to the main room. Rinse and repeat for 10 questions. Got a canned rejection only HOURS after the interview. Complete waste of time.

Interview is done via Zoom. You are put into breakout rooms 10 different times, you have two mins to answer 1-2 questions. You should do your research on the company, as the questions that they ask are based on that.

The interview process was very easy, interviewed with several different person, easy interview questions but the background check process was a long wait. But after every process I was hired.
