The first stage is a Hirevue. This is then followed by a Virtual Interview with HR and then possibly an employee in the relevant division. Then finally the last stage is an Assessment Centre

First had a Hirevue where I was asked three questions. After 2 days, I received an invite for a live online interview and was told to be ready to answer questions based on my CV and CL

Submission of hiring message to manager(not CL) and CV. If selected, on-demand video interview mainly on competency questions. Next stage is virtual interview with Wiser (their recruiting partner), and finally an assessment centre (interviews with analyst & associate)
