The process includes application, online assessments, first-round phone/video interviews (mostly technical), and a final intense Superday with multiple technical and fit interviews. All interviewers were associates or VPs, all very stern and paid attention to detail.

Selection day involved a numercial test, then two 20-30 minute interviews: one with an associate and one with a director. Be prepared for technical questions and about interest in the sector.

Overall, the superday was hard. The technicals grilled me, and I wish I practiced more. They were pretty friendly during behavioral. The Houston office is boring anyway; energy is lame.
