The interview process was your standard interview process as a CSM. They asked very straight forward questions about your background and experience. This experience felt very natural, and it was very easy to have a conversation with the hiring team. Overall, it was a great experience.

4 interviews in total, they were fairly casual and conversational. Know your metrics and KPIs from past positions and how you would manage a BoB of 150-200. Pros - young company in niche market and no competitors yet. Cons - product is a nice to have, based on what the product is, I don't see how they can build new features; compensation is way under the industry average for the amount of work required for the role; would never want to work with this company after interviewing with the founders
