Had an on site interview with the owner, in which the owner wasn't prepared for the scheduled time interview. We talked about the company and asked about your work/academic history. Gave a tour of the office, which was interesting. The interviewers reponse was quite disrespectful and unprofessional when questioned. Offers are not in written, which is really risky/sketchy in this market..
