Entretien
I applied online. After one week from the deadline I was asked to take a verbal/numerical/abstract reasoning assessment online (not very difficult but you have to be quick).
About 10 days later they told me I had made it to through the next step (skype inteview).
I did expect one or more steps between the online assessment and the skype interview but I think they skipped them because there were few applications or maybe because they needed the selection to be completed as soon as possible.
The skype interview took about 30 minutes. There were two recruiters and they were very friendly and nice.

Why did you apply for this specific traineeship, given the fact that there are many other traineeships at ECB you could have applied for?
Talk about one experience of a group project work, either in university or in you personal life. What difficulties did you have and how did you overcome them?
