I applied online and after a quick call, I was invited in for an interview with the HR Head. After a lot of paperwork and general Q&A regarding my background and the role, it was agreed that I should come in again shortly to meet with the team. They go on to reschedule this 2 more times. Finally, after various follow-ups, they ghost me. Overall, it was unprofessional and a travesty to the ELC name and I cannot recommend the Philippine branch of ELC to anyone in the beauty business.

Fluent interview by using Teams while interview Qs were normal , HR manager was nice and the interview took around 35minutes and they ask much details about your pass experience
