It was a very long process about a month. I applied online for a position via a recruiter. Aside from the initial screening call with the recruiter. I had 1 phone interview and a total of 4 face to face interviews. Luckily the face-to-face were mostly back to back (2 interviews one day and another 2 the next week). I also had to do a writing test. While it was lengthy I felt confident every step of the way. I was in constant communication with the recruiter who constantly was talking to the department. There were hardly any surprises.
