Face to Face Interview. Contacted through a phone call by HR and then was scheduled face to face interview. The interview was held at the corporate office in Erie PA. A total of four director-level individuals took the interview. The first round of interview was with HR who asked basic questions like Why Erie insurance and also explained company mission and benefits in brief.
