The interview process was not bad once I got a phone call. I had two interviews, one with Human Resources and one with the floor manager. Both people asked similar questions about situations and past experience.

I applied for the position. HR called me about the postition a week later. I met with the nurse manager on the floor the following week. They asked me a bunch of nursing care related questions.
