After the initial screening, the first step was to complete a HireVue interview. This consisted of simple questions about your interests and previous experiences. The second, and final, interview step is an interview with the manager where traditional questions are asked, i.e. about your background, resumé, etc. There are also some questions related to the job itself to make sure you have the qualifications.
