The process was pretty straight forward, I had a phone screen within a few days of applying. The recruiter seemed to focus on personality and background and sent me a DISC test to take before being referred to the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was late to the video call and felt cold and scripted. The hiring manager didn’t seem interested in talking about any of my background or experience only specific situational scenarios which are hard to answer without context. I was told I would be hearing back by the end of February to which I have still not heard back as of 3/26 even though they recently reposted the position. They don’t seem serious about filling the position and are just wasting people's time.

Online submittal, initial recruiter screening interview via phone call. DISC assessment set via email to complete online. Second phone call with hiring manager. All of this took almost 2 months to complete. Recruiter was not well informed of the current job and could not answer many of the initial questions that were asked.
