EDF outsourced another firm to conduct the interview due to the large number of applicants every year. Interviewees will be tested on some behavioral and analytical questions and a case study on their first round.
I interviewed for 2025 Climate Corps Fellowship in mid February. The interview went for 1 hour. It was situational case specific questions, behavioral questions and a case study presentation provided by EDF. Bonus tip: Be confident and give real life examples.

I submitted the application and got an interview in a month. They discussed multiple scenarios with me and asked about my approach to managing the project. They also asked about my experience in project management and data analysis, and It took nearly an hour.
