It was very relaxed and easy. After submitting my resume, they reached out to schedule a phone screen interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I was then invited via email to an on-site interview with the CEO and 2 members of the team. This interview lasted about 1 hour, and included a tour of the workplace. However, it would take days to receive a response; I didn't receive a call on the day of the scheduled phone interview and had to reschedule; When we did have the phone call, my interviewer was late and didn't pick up when I called, but did call back 20-25 minutes after the schedule phone time. The in-person interview was very nice and friendly, and I was told during the on-site interview that they would reach out immediately with next steps and an offer letter, but I have not heard back yet (even after a handful of follow-up emails).
