Phone interview, one on one interview, shadowing followed by another interview, and a group assessment day. Do your research and make sure to ask plenty of questions, it's a longer process than most firms so you'll have ample opportunity to ensure they're right for you.

Entretien
The interview process typically begins with an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss motivation, availability, customer service experience and alignment with the company’s values. This is followed by a more in-depth interview, which may be competency-based, focusing on skills such as communication, leadership potential, problem-solving and sales mindset. Successful candidates may then progress to an assessment or final interview stage, which can include scenario-based questions and discussions around long-term career aspirations, before a final decision is made.
Three part interview process. First interview was over the phone, second interview was in person plus a shadowing session 3rd interview was in person. Questions were similar throughout, was able to answer all my questions.
two rounds call interview then a branch visit with a interview with manager. very detailed about 30 minutes. branch visit to see what they do in a day got to see customers and the system they used.
