Zoom meeting, took about 30 minutes. i was asked the basic interview questions. Overall it was a very easy interview, nothing to stress about. Just be polite and make sure to smile.
First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
