I was contacted by Agency first. Had an interview over the phone (just brief conversation) and then in the agency`s office. Two agents were asking some common questions about my previous jobs, my future plans etc. Then i had a final interview with Manager and HR lady, and written language test. All process took me a week. My agents worked perfect - they prepared me to the interview questions so I passed it successfully.
