It was an incredibly long and tedious process and seemed almost ridiculous. For the specific position I was applying to (part-time AP clerk, $20/hr), I would say it was slightly more difficult than an average interview for a similar role but not impossible. It was just long. Phone screening with HR, then interview with panel of 4, then another interview with panel of 4. You also have to complete 4 different assessments that are about your working style, typing speed, general problem solving, etc.
