Entretien
One stage, twenty to thirty min max, brief talk about experience and a little get to know, typically with an operations manager and/or HR. Very casual and informal, quick turn around for offer too.
Very straightforward, mentioning about previous experiences. Just talk about experiences that relate to a contact centre environment. Should take no longer than 30mins. Very chilled and laid back. It does not require much preparation. If you are competent, it will be easy

Entretien
Very simple and quick interview process which consists of a phone call and a face-to-face interview. The interview questions are generic and easy to answer if you are prepared and most of them are competency based questions
