Initial interview with HR was done over the phone. I was invited to show up on the office branch where I am applying at then endorsed to interview with potential client. This was done through conference with Hang-out application. I was asked to tell something about myself as the first question.

It was nice and comfortable. The facilitator did not give me much of pressure and gave me time to answer the questions. They also tried giving me hints on how to answer the questions properly.
