Very relaxing atmosphere, just to test a willingness to learn and having a motivation to work in the mental health environment. The interviewer was very kind and helpful. Environment was conducive, no time wasting and straight to the point.

Face to face verbal interview conducted by the line manager, the interview was head in a conductive area and with a good approached by the line manager and well conducted.
