Worst Interview Experience till date with Elevate K-12 for QA engineer position. I really dont understand why this company takes interview if they dont have intention of hiring. I was contacted by the HR person of Elevate K12 company on 15/09/22 for the position of Quality Engineer and I agreed for the interview on 16/09/22. I cleared the first round and then the second round was been scheduled on 19/09/22 by HR. I gave the second round as well and on 20/9/22 i got a call from HR for giving the assignment. I was given an assignment which i had to submit it by 22/9/22 and i did so. I completed the assignment and submitted on 22/9/22 at 12PM and informed the HR. Then i was been told by the HR that i have to give a panel round interview which i agreed and it was been scheduled on 23/09/22. I gave this interview as well which fortunately went very well. And the interviewer told me that will be getting back to u next week as it was friday. However i didn’t receive any call back from the HR team or any concerned person. After waiting a long time i called the HR for any update and the reply was Manager is on leave so haven’t got any update. Waited for 2 days more and called again. This time the HR asked me to give another interview or grab any other offer as the position has got on hold. If the position was on hold then why this many interview rounds and this false hope. Please look into this because i had read same type of review on glassdoor regarding this company. Anyone trying to apply please check this before else this is just a timepass.
