Very inefficient and strange recruiting process. Was contacted for a phone interview. I provided dates then silence. I followed up and recruiter said she was out on PTO. I sent new dates and once again silence. Needless to say I declined to move forward. Why waste a candidate’s time contacting them only be completely unresponsive.
