I don't remember fully but it was related to taking on calculated risks and enabling forward momentum for progress and iteration for positive impact the interview process was simple and succinct

applied online. A month later a recruited contacted me. After first screen I had an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager liked the profile and said recruiter would be in touch in a couple of days. THat was a month ago. I was completely ghosted and have not heard from anyone regardless of my numerous requests for info
