The initial interview for someone like me that has zero work experience prior to this is about myself, the future contribution to their company and the strengths and weaknesses. They also asked what I will offer if my educational background is far off in their line of work. It is an advantage if you have good communication skills, a computer literate and don't forget the manners of speaking with the interviewers.
