Was interviewed twice by the company manager. First interview was in their small office. The next was in a Fry's store with one other interviewee. Essentially the job was described as you start off in the minimum wage pay scale but can earn commission when you exceed your sales goals. After you master selling you supervise other employees but can also sell yourself. Job was a sales job not a marketing job.
