I was contacted by HR at the very end of the business day (6:00 PM). The entire phone call consisted of asking basic questions—such as my location, language skills, work history, and salary expectations—all of which were already explicitly stated on the resume I had provided. It was clear that my profile hadn't been reviewed beforehand. Following this superficial screening, I received absolutely no feedback or follow-up. For a global company, I expected a much higher standard of professional etiquette and respect for a candidate's time.
