I submitted my application through their online portal and heard back after about 2-3 weeks asking to schedule a video interview. The interview was 45 minutes and the majority of it was behavioral. There was a big emphasis on group dynamics and how I would fit into their culture. My interviewer asked me a couple accounting questions to see if I could record transactions in a general ledger. I would suggest doing a ton of research on the company and their culture on the Edwards website. Tailor your answers to the job posting and make sure you can speak to where your career interests lie. Although I did not receive an offer, I thought it was a pretty manageable interview. Basically they are assessing if you will be a good fit, what your values are, and how your values overlap with the company's. As long as you do the necessary research, have a few good stories to build upon, and be yourself, you should be fine.
