I had applied for another position that ended with a phone screen from HR which was then filled through an internal hire. However, Edwards called me and offered an upcoming position. The phone interview was less of an interview and more of an elevator pitch where the job was described in detail for 30 minutes, such as the job responsibilities. Next I was emailed and onsite interviews were conducted two weeks later, where I met 1:1 with 5 different people. The questions were basic and pertaining to standard hypothetical questions. Finally, I received a call two weeks after the interviews were over and was informed in one sentence that I was no longer being considered for the position but was thanked for coming in. I advise that you call 48 hours after any interview for followup to confirm your status in the process, otherwise you can anticipate a long wait to be told you should have been applying somewhere else.
