The CEO lacks professionalism. He didn't show up for the interview the first time and kept me waiting. Not to forget that interview was at night. During the second time, he was yawning during the interview which was quite insulting. He seemed to have questioned my personal choices and asked very irrelevant questions. I got a glimpse of company's culture from his behaviour. I wasn't going to join anyways
