The employer is only interesred in 2 things. 1) Whether you can bring in new customers from your own background, even though the firm has no expetise in relevant area. 2) Whether you will be able to work for them for free for 3 months as trial. Fair enough if you think you don't want to train someone whilst giving him a salary, but asking that person to work for free as well as bringing in new customers and earn profit for you is a different thing. The firm looks like a scam for prospective employees and by seeing the same recruitment ads over and over again on the internet seems that they have never been able to recruit anyone despite how sought after a trainee contract usually is.
