I submitted my application and received a call from a recruiter at the company who left me a voicemail that he is interested in having a phone call with me and would like to connect me with the hiring team. I called him back 30 mins later and no response. I called again the next day and still nothing. I left a voicemail with the office and included his name and still got no response. Ghosted by the company.

Applied thorough a recommendation. Got the interview. Went to office on Michigan ave and crushed it! Had to follow up to get a response which turned out to be positive.
