You will first be asked to conduct a video interview. This will consist of basic interview questions that you will record a response with your web camera. They did ask some technical questions regarding the job like, describe how you would conduct a reserve reconciliation. The challenge was to distill the answer down to five minutes. I was selected for a second interview. This was lengthy, it was all online (webex) and consisted of meeting different people from the team from VP down to individual contributor. Questions were mostly standard, my only complait would be the time commitment and repetitive nature of the interview since I had to re-introduce my self so many times.
