Applied directly to the school and been arranged for interview few days after. Interview process goes smoothly with only 1 interviewer. Interviewer is friendly and interview conversation more like normal conversation with some technical question asked. Accepted on the spot after interview and start working the week after. Salary was quite low in the beginning due to no teaching experience but was promised to increased after probation period.
