At first everything seemed perfect. The first interview was an overall positive experience. The next day I was given an assessment with 2 exercises with directions to answer in 2-3 days. Mind you I'm working full time and there was no weekend in between. I did my best and replied within 2 days. On the next day the recruiter confirmed that she had received the answers and would reply within a week. About 2 weeks later, I asked if there were any updates, she replied immediately apologizing for the delay and telling she would update me within a week. Now, its been a month and I have yet to hear an update. I would like to point out that the recruiter was very polite and I do not believe ghosting to be her fault, but still I was very disappointed.
